Please understand that products are being customized based on your specifications. Once production has begun, orders are NOT subject to cancellation.
If an order is cancelled after production has begun, you will NOT be refunded.
The cancellation window for a custom is typically 48 hours after the order has been placed.
After 48 hours, no refund can be given.
Due to health & safety precautions, items cannot be returned after being shipped out & delivered.
